Field Hetman way
It is a really long way from the common First-Rank Hetman to the army-commanding Field Hetman. Only leaders of exceptional tactical skills, great combat knowledge, cunning and remarkable respect among the soldiers can ever dream to become one. Such individuals easily keep their soldiers disciplined and ready for action whenever needed. On the other hand, all warriors dream to serve under such a commander, as they know that he cares about his men and won’t let them perish. They put their absolute trust in him and would jump into fire if he wished it, as he can really make them believe they fight for a just cause.
Soldier of Fortune way
Many knights, after a short service in the Kraakov army, make a living as mercenaries across the Greatland. Now the time of the dogs of war has come, as the old order has fallen and a new world is being born on its ruins. Nations arise as city-states fight for independence and power; people make every effort to forge a better future for themselves and future generations, and they pay well to have capable and dauntless warriors at their side. Some knights, after giving up the life of a hired sword return to Kraakov to serve their homeland once again. Being experienced soldiers, they quickly become Hetmen who introduce innovative tactics and new weaponry into the army of Kraakov.
Winged Knight way
Hetmans who follow the example of the legendary Hussar Longinus are very honourable and often serve in the elite Hussar formations. They wear Hussar wings with hippogryph feathers greatly increasing morale of all friendly troops. Winged knights are the most melee-oriented commanders, and always seek their fate leading men in the front line of combat. They rarely use shields, and fight only with weapons that don’t offend their honour. Wielding powerful greatswords they are not to be taken lightly, and every foe thinks twice before standing in the way of the charging Winged Knight.
czyli mamy dowódcę, najemnika i husarza.

myślę że szkoda odbierać Wam radość z "pierwszego wejrzenia" kiedy dostaniecie wszystkie zasady ładnie opisane i zilustrowane - dlatego zatykamy wyciek
